Becoming an Investor
This section walks you through the onboarding process—from account creation to identity verification. It details how to submit KYC/AML documents (e.g. passport, utility bill, proof of income) as required under DFSA regulations
Independent Contractor with Smart Crowd
your job will be to bring in clients looking for rental properties. You’ll assist them in finding homes, coordinating with landlords, and finalizing rental agreements. For every successful rental deal, Smart Crowd earns a commission—and you’ll receive 10% of that commission, payable upon withdrawal.
Investments Structure
Here you’ll find information on how each investment is structured via a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Each property becomes an SPV, split into up to 1,000,000 shares, and investors receive shares proportional to their contribution
